Mahmood Ahmadu, New Works Nigeria Limited and NIS on Efficient Service Delivery
Mahmood Ahmadu – The senior management of New Works Nigeria Limited, comprising of the Chairman, Alh. Mahmood Ahmadu mon, Turakin Mubi, alongside his Chief Operating Officer Mr Anthony Nwachukwu, Managing Director Abubakar Kuso mni, and Company Secretary Bar. Rowena Ogbetuo paid a courtesy call on the Comptroller General of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) Muhammad Babandede on October 4th in Abuja.
The purpose of the courtesy visit was to commence talks on how the two organizations can efficiently deliver effective and enhanced service to Nigerians within the context of their existing relationship in facilitating passport and visa payments.
The Chairman of New Works Nigeria Limited Alh. Mahmood Ahmadu who commended the CGI Babandede for the giant strides and efforts he has implemented to ensure Nigeria issues Biometric Visas in line with international best practices. Alh. Mahmood Ahmadu also cited the improved technology as the bases for the global rating of Nigerian Visa as Number 3 in the world in terms of security and other features.
The CGI Babandede in response thanked the management of New Works Nigeria Limited for being supportive and technologically enabling the services rendered by NIS in Visa issuance and payment platform for Visa and Passport, which if improved upon will further bring ease of doing business to Nigerians applying for Passport and Foreigners applying for Visa to Nigeria.

Both New Works Nigeria Limited and NIS Management agreed to work together to deliver the best service to Nigerians and Non-Nigerians. A signed statement issued by Deputy Comptroller General (DCI) James Sunday said that the Chairman of New Works Nigeria Limited was full of praise for the great work being done by the CGI and his team.
