And Kelly Brook showed off the results of her efforts of Wednesday afternoon, when she displayed her slimmed down frame in a black leather zip-up miniskirt when she stepped out for her guest presenting slot on Heart FM in London. 

The 39-year-old beauty teamed her skirt with a loose-fitting peach blouse, thick black tights and snakeskin-style boots, while she staved off the cold in a plaid coat.

She has served as a guest presenter on Heart FM throughout the winter, joining Jason King for the weekday drive time show. 

And hours before making her way to Global Radio’s studios, Kelly enjoyed a yoga session and then cowed down on a host of vegan treats as she embraces a vegan diet for the month in a move widely dubbed Veganuary.

he has been sharing clips and snapshots of a host of dishes and treats she has eaten throughout the month. 

Kelly’s outing comes after she admitted she was body-shamed by a school teacher at the age of 11, as they accused her of wearing clothes that were too ‘flirty’. 

She told The Mirror’s Notebook magazine: ‘The Head Of Year sent me to her office and said, “You can’t come to school looking the way you do, flirting with every boy that comes past.” I was 11.

‘I didn’t know what the word “flirt” even meant. I dressed the same as everyone else, but my curves made me different. After that realisation I felt very uncomfortable with my looks.’
